Use applied kinesiology (muscle testing) to identify what needs clearing. Navigate from broad categories to specific items, then clear with the clearing command.

How to Use

  1. Ask: "Is there something that needs clearing?" If yes, proceed.
  2. Test the Column: Click column headers (1-6) to narrow down.
  3. Test the Row: Click row labels (A-D) to narrow further.
  4. Navigate deeper: Repeat to find the subcategory, then the specific item.
  5. Clear: Once identified, state the clearing command or copy for later use.
